With almost 20 years’ experience in the business sector – in accounting and human resources field, I realized the importance of the human element in all types of businesses and thus, I chose to pursue both a Bachelor (Organizational behavior & HRM) and a Master’s degree (Strategic HRM) in this additionally to my accounting & auditing degree.

HRD and ESG are my passions where quality, development, and people solutions represent the elements that meet my professional and life standards. I am a strong supporter of knowledge management and one of my beliefs is that several minds are better than one and thus, I strongly believe in and support teamwork, constant communication, solidarity, and development.

The last 10 years either as an inhouse professional or consultant, I had the opportunity to experience the aforementioned both in the Greek and Swedish market from various positions as HR manager, Org.Developer manager, Org.Developer officer, HR specialist & HR generalist. My moto is that ‘’an organization is its people’’!

Artificial Intelligence (AI) has been a buzzword in recent years, and many have expressed concerns about its potential to replace jobs. The scope of this presentation is to support that AI should be viewed as an opportunity for growth and transformation rather than a threat to employment.

Based on this new era where 4 generations of employees need to understand AI in business, we will explore the importance of monitoring & embracing change, understanding the importance of individual IQ – EQ – SQ and knowledge, and how they blend with company’s culture and HR strategies. At the end of the day, an organization is its people and AI is just a natural evolution of information technologies.
